A New build property in the Retford area with the following brief:
A Large rear garden which was heavily sloped and required levelling. The client required an easy maintenance garden using materials which blended with the new house and they wanted "the wow! factor"
We constructed different levels in the garden leading down to the house creating several areas for sitting, relaxing and sunbathing to include three patios, a raised circular lawn, flower beds and several paths that flowed around the entire garden. We incorporated two sets of steps at the steepest point and two dry stone wall half circles to act as retaining walls creating interesting feature seating areas on circular patios. We used natural stone products throughout the garden, huge rocks for dramatic effect in the borders and mixed planting for all year round colour and architectural interest. Garden lighting was installed as the finishing touch to bring the garden alive at night.
